Before booking your adventure with us, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all our guests while outlining booking, payment, cancellation, and safety policies.

Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via our official website, email, or WhatsApp.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
• Confirmation will be sent once payment is received and processed.

Payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (where applicable).
• All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required prior to the tour start date for private tours and transfers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start date are non-refundable.
• In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions), Adrian Bali Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours with a full refund.

Tour Participation

• Guests must arrive at the pickup point on time. Late arrivals may result in partial or full forfeiture of the tour.
• Tours may involve walking, climbing, or other physical activities. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit for participation.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Safety and Liability

• Adrian Bali Tours provides professional guides, vehicles, and safety equipment.
• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions.
• Adrian Bali Tours is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by negligence, personal health conditions, or failure to follow instructions.

Changes to Itinerary

• Tours may be subject to slight changes due to weather, traffic, or local conditions.
• Adrian Bali Tours will make every effort to maintain the original itinerary.

Use of Personal Information

• Guest information provided during booking will only be used for tour coordination and service delivery.
• Adrian Bali Tours respects guest privacy and does not share personal data with third parties without consent.

Photos and Media

• Adrian Bali Tours may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes.
• If guests do not wish to be photographed, please inform the guide in advance.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.
• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or the competent courts in Bali, Indonesia.
